SHIPPING

I use Royal Mail as I am based in the UK and I send via 2nd class standard delivery. If you need something urgently, please contact me prior to purchasing the item and I'll see if I can dispatch 1st Class.

Shipping within the UK : 3-5 working days

Shipping to rest of the world: Please contact me in order to have orders sent internationally. Due to new EU rules, I have removed this option from my website but can offer separately. I send international items tracked and can provide you with a tracking number. Please allow at least 14 working days for delivery. If the order is being shipped overseas, there is a chance that it can be kept at customs and be subject to additional import charges/taxes dependent on your country. Please note that I am not liable for these additional charges, you as the customer are. These are possible issues with all packages coming out of the UK, not just mine.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

If you would like a refund, please contact me. Prior to refunds, the item/s must be sent back to the return address, and be in good condition with the original packaging.

In the event that goods are damaged in transit, please take pictures of the damage and email me within 24 hours of delivery.
